Dear Brothers and Sisters in Yeshua,

My granddaughter is Alexis Messex Penny. She lives in Goldsboro, NC.. She is living in a very dangerous situation with an extremely violent and cruel husband who has threatened to kill her and both beats and degrades her verbally routinely. Family Violence Services in Goldsboro believes he will kill her if she doesn't escape. They nor we can force her out of that situation and we don't know that she has the will to leave.. No one has heard from her for two months now. She is not allow to speak to any of our family and no one lives close enough to even check on her.

The two children ages eight and six have been damaged terribly by the things they've seen and heard.

Alexis and the children did escape in the spring this year and because the state of NC would not allow her to leave the state, Steven was able to find her through a private detective. When he found her, he cunningly reeled her back in. It was during that time that our family found out what had been going on. It has been worse for her since she returned for she no longer has transportation, money, phone and she tells him everything.

Please, please help us pray that YHVH will deliver her and the children from this nightmare. This is so serious that only HE can fix it. AND HE IS WELL ABLE!

Hi all, I would like pray that my kidneys are free from stones, I am prone to them. I go for a scan on Thursday.
Two years ago I had to be hospitalized for them as they were so big and had a very hard time in the hospital, what was suppose to be 2 days ended up being almost two weeks.

Please add my sister in your circle of prayer. She has multiple serious health problems one of which is so rare no doctors know how to treat it. She has been in increasing pain from lung tumors which were slow growing but now seem to be causing many problems. I pray with you and Scotty and the whole congregation that Yahweh will heal her tumors completely and show the doctors and family his loving witness to His Power and Glory and He is the only True Healer. Thank you for your blessings and prayers to me and my sister.

Please pray for the healing of my body. I have received medical reports that I have elevated white blood cells, ultrasound for my liver function shows something (?), and a heart murmur. I have had past breast surgery and have been doing well, but please pray that all is well. A real concern is I have near severe weakness making it difficult to do very much of anything.
Also, pray for the wisdom and knowledge of the doctors to know what is wrong. Without strength, it is difficult to carry on.

In addition, please pray for my daughter who is very difficult to deal with.....that the Lord will open her eyes and restore her to me and her family.

Please pray for my sister in Malta who has just discovered she has cancer. Please pray it is not her liver and that it can be operated on successfully. That she will truly come to know Yeshua, and have a love of the written Word.

Please pray that I will walk closer with YHWH and grow in wisdom and strength. Please pray for my fiancee Gordon, who I love dearly, to be saved and to become a strong man of YHWH. I feel I no longer have the strength to face up to his abuse and irresponsibility, and I have been 'keeping it together' for our child for a long time. I have rediscovered a love of YHWH and Yeshua and the Word this last week, and I don't want this to be overshadowed by my problems in our home.

If those who have posted prayer requests in the past here on the Lion and Lamb forum would be inclined to do so, could you please give us an update on your situations? Many of us continue to pray and petition Yahweh for His answer to each concern.

Let us know if you have a continued need for prayer or have a praise report to share. Otherwise, those prayer requests that are posted and then forgotten by the one posting will give the rest of us the feeling that this was simply a 'drive-by' request with little or no regard for the outcome.

If this is not the case, a follow-up posting will be very much appreciated and enable the many who pray and petition to be renewed in their talks with Yahweh concerning each specific situation.

We are all the Family of Yahweh and as such, through agreement together in prayer and petition to our ABBA, we are developing a bond as Family and a love for each other, just as Yeshua taught as being the greatest commandment - "...to love one another as I have loved you..." (as detailed in John 13:34; John 15:12, 17; Romans 13:8; 1 Thess.4:9; 1 Peter 1:22; 1 John 3:11, 23; 1 John 4:7, 11-12; 2 John 1:5.
