To come to Tabernacles 2007 you must register. Each single household attending Tabernacles 2007 needs to complete their own registration form (enclosed) or on-line at www.lionlamb.net. Our camp is closed to the public; there are no visitors to the camp. You may request to camp near certain families or individuals, and we will attempt to meet your requests to the best of our ability once all parties are confirmed. There is a $25 non-refundable fee required with each form. Please register early to help us prepare. All registration forms and final payments must be received no later than September 7, 2007.
We offer an optional Weekend Pass form. This is for those who can only come for Friday evening, September 28 through Sunday, September 30. This does not include the children’s or youth programs nor camping in the park. But, it does include the three evening meals at the Dining Tent. Registration forms for Weekend Pass are also available online.
Once you send your registration form in with the $25 non-refundable registration fee, you will be entered into our database, however, you are not confirmed until your fees are paid in full. Once you have paid all fees, you will be confirmed and assigned to a camp space on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, it is in your best interest to register and be confirmed as soon as possible. In particular, if you want to camp near someone or be in a particular part of the camp, your preference request is subject to your confirmation date.
Here is our refund policy. Sometimes situations come up and cause you to reverse your plans to attend Tabernacles. We understand. To cancel your registration to Tabernacles 2007, you must contact Tabernacles Registration at the Lion and Lamb Ministries office (405) 447-4429.
1. In all instances, your $25 non-refundable registration fee is not refunded.
2. If you are not yet confirmed (full payment not made) and it is prior to September 21, all of your partial payment will be refunded minus the non-refundable registration fee. If it is September 7 or later, 50% of your partial payment will be refunded minus the non-refundable registration fee.
3. If you have paid in full (been confirmed) and it is prior to September 26, 50% of your fees will be refunded minus the non-refundable registration fee.
4. There are no refunds on or after September 26, 2007.
To plan and operate our festival, it is essential that your commitment, demonstrated by your payment, be balanced with our advanced purchases of vendor-supplied elements to support your attendance.
The registration form requires your signature or acceptance by an on-line button, indicating your compliance with our registration/refund policy.
